What Makes It Heirloom?

We partner with smallholder farmers cultivating heirloom and hybrid rice varieties, some developed by experts, others milled using special techniques. These grains carry a rich history. Shaped by altitude, soil, and time. Some are so rare, even Thai locals have never heard of them.
