Instructions
How to Cook
1. Check the rice-to-water ratio listed on your package, then add an extra ½ cup of water for stovetop cooking.
2. For best results, use a non-stick pot. You can also add 1 TBSP of rice bran oil or butter to help prevent sticking.
3. Bring the water to a gentle simmer over medium-high heat.
4. Add the rice and give it a quick stir.
5. Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to low. This is where the magic happens.
6. Cook for 20–25 minutes without opening the lid.
7. Once done, gently fluff the rice with a spoon or rice paddle.
8. Cover again and let the rice rest for 5 more minutes to finish steaming.
9. Serve and enjoy!
